Using the site
You may browse the site, read Field Notes, and listen to or download available tracks in The Between Room without an account or payment. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse other people's information.
Content and permitted use
OATHBORN content, music, artwork, and resources remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Free access or a download does not transfer ownership. Unless a resource states otherwise, it is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to the site. Republishing, reselling, redistributing files, or using music commercially requires permission.
Paid digital resources
Purchases such as the OATHBORN Audit are completed through Gumroad. The price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery details, and any product-specific license or refund terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase, together with Gumroad's applicable terms. These terms do not limit refund or consumer rights required by law. Contact founder@oath-born.com if you need help with a purchase.
Email subscriptions
Subscribing to the Letter or requesting the Framework authorizes us to send the associated emails described at signup. You may unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Educational content
Frameworks, essays, music, and the Formation Scan are provided for reflection and educational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site and resources available and accurate, but services may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
