Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

OATHBORN is a creative leadership house founded by Ryan McMillian. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit, subscribe, or purchase a digital resource.

Information we collect

When you subscribe to the OATHBORN Letter or request the Framework, we collect your email address and subscription details. Requesting the Framework also subscribes you to the Letter. If you complete the Formation Scan and submit your details, we collect your answers and the name and email you provide. Our service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs, to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use this information to deliver requested resources, send the Letter, provide Formation Scan results, respond to questions, and maintain the security and reliability of the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Email choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any Letter email. We keep subscription status and suppression records as needed to respect your choice. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Payments and service providers

Paid resources are purchased through Gumroad, which handles checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy and terms. OATHBORN does not collect card details through this website. Lovable Cloud and its service providers support site hosting, information storage, and email delivery. Providers receive information needed to perform their services.

Storage and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services you request, honor unsubscribe choices, and meet applicable legal requirements. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Browser storage and external links

The site may use browser storage for sign-in and essential site functions. External services and linked websites have their own privacy practices. Public listening and downloads in The Between Room do not require an account.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. For requests or questions, email founder@oath-born.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the site and its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
